Description Objective: To accelerate investment in renewable (clean) energy projects through the establishment of a public-private joint venture company to undertake project development, construction, financing and operation on a portfolio basis of up to 500 MW renewable capacity. This would include wind energy, industrial cogeneration, waste-to-energy, mini and micro hydroelectric, solar electric and bio-fuel projects. Initially, the primary focus shall be on wind energy and small hydroelectric projects.

Scope: The TA will help prepare ADB's proposed equity investment in the company. This will include further developing the company's strategy, outlining financing plans and providing assistance for technical and commercial assessment of possible projects for acquisition and/or development.
