| The TA will (i) design a method which will adequately capture the indirect impacts of road projects for evaluation; and (ii) using the method, measure the actual impacts of two selected transport corridors -- Liaoning-Heilongjiang in the northeast and Chengdu-Nanchong-Guizhou in the southwest. | Three survey teams were mobilized. The survey in Guizhou, Chongqing, Jilin, Helongjiang and Liaoning was completed in December 2006. Domestic consultants conducted economic and social analysis. Draft final report submitted on 8 May 2007 and supplemental survey was recommended to be undertaken. The final report submitted. | |
