Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities and Issues) Recruitment of Implementation Consultants: MOWRAM has issued the RFP on 31 December 2008 with deadline for submission of proposals on 16 February 2009. Technnical evaluation has been initiated by Government and financial evaluation is expected in May 2009 following ADB review.
