Output 1: Most efficient and effective business plan and management structure for the APTERR and implementing guidelines for its establishment developed.
Output 2: Strategy and medium-term action plan (including implementing rules and regulations) for an expanded and stable rice trade in the region that is fully compliant with ATIGA developed. |
