  Consulting Services Two international consultants (3 person-months or 66 person-working days each, intermittent; one of them being the team leader) will be engaged for the S-CDTA. The consultants will have strong theoretical background, expertise, and over 15-years' international experience on macroeconomic, fiscal and financial sector reforms, public debt management, stock and bond market development issues, and issues related to private sector development and sources of private sector financing.
