The TA will be implemented in 3 phases over a period of 12 months commencing in February 2010. Phase 1: Inception will collate and review existing data and identify any changes required to the scope of the PPTA. Phase 1 will be implemented over a period of 6 weeks. Phase 2: A detailed review of constraints and opprtunities in water and sanitation will be implemented over a period of 6 months starting within 1 month after the completion of Phase 1. This will be followed by a 6-week government review and decision period. Based on the output, findings from Phase 2 and decision by the Government, Phase 3 will commence preparation of the due diligence and bid documentation for a proposed project. Phase 3 will be implemented over a period of 3 months.
