  Consulting Services The technical assistance (TA) will require 9 person-months of international and 98 person-months of national consulting services. A team of international and national consultants will be recruited on an individual basis by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The indicative international and national consultants include (i) Agricultural Development and Investment Specialist, (ii) Agricultural Economists, (iii) Agricultural Policy Specialist, (iv) Fiscal Policy and Institutional Specialist, and (v) Climate Change and Economic Modeling Specialists
