Impact The Techncial Assistance will strengthen the capacity of the National Economic and Development Authority's (NEDA) in national planning, policy advisory and strategy formulation, including the development of the Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan and designing swift responses to economic shocks and crises.

  Consulting Services The Technical Assistance will require 5 person-months of international and up to 20 person-months of national consultants for policy advice in the areas of results-based planning, policy development, as well as in highly specialized technical areas, i.e. related to macroeconomic, rural, and inrastructure development, and social and governance reform issues.
