| Consulting Services | The TA will require 54 person-months of consulting services: 5 international consultants for 19 person-months, and 7 national consultants for 35 person-monthsl). The international consulting team will include International Business Reengineering Specialist (5 person-months), International HR Management Specialist (4 person-months), and Financial Management expert (5 person-months). They will be supported by National Financial Management expert, (6 person-months), National Accounting expert (5 person-months), National Information Technology expert (5 person-months), National Human Resource Management expert (7 person-months), National Generation Business Process expert (3 person-months), National Transmission Business Process expert (3 person-months), and National Distribution Business Process expert (6 person-months). ADB will recruit the consultants in accordance with its Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2007, as amended from time to time). The consulting firm will be selected according to quality- and cost-based selection procedures. An international renewable energy expert and international rural electrification specialist along with national renewable energy engineer and rural electrification engineer would be separately recruited as individuals. Biodata proposals will be requested from consultants recruited as individuals. | |||
