Outcome Effective functioning of the CAREC Program's overall institutional framework
Outputs and Timeframe The RETA will fully support various CAREC forums and sector committees. It will also support analytical work and results-oriented planning to facilitate paragmatic decision making by CAREC leaders. It will also enhance support for regional cooperation at high levels of government. RCDTA will support the provision of national advisors to the NFPs and local regional cooperation coordinators.

  Consulting Services The R-CDTA will require 25 person-months of international consultants and 255 person-months of national consulting services annually.
