Stakeholder Communication, Participation and Consultation
During Project Design As coastal and adjacent communities are the real managers of the coastal environment and resources, they make the day-to-day decisions on the use of these resources. Therefore, coastal communities must participate in project preparation and implementation. The Project design will adopt a participatory approach to involve all stakeholders in the Project preparation. Extensive field consultations, participatory workshops and social assessment will be conducted in developing the Project design.
