To improve basic services in the participating cities and towns to Indian and State standards in a staged manner through 4 tranches over the next 8 years. Will benefit an estimated 2.5 million persons. ADB's investment program will be prepared in close coordination with the Government's ongoing Jawahal Lal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). The project was prepared as a multitranche finance facility (MFF). |
