Affected households living within the railway ROW and stations satisfactorily compensated and assisted. 6. Railway agency is operational. |

| Consulting Services | The consultants will be selected by the Government in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consulting Services, using the quality and cost based selection procedure and simplied technical proposal. | |||
| Civil Works/Goods |
The works will be carried out under the international competitive bidding procedures of ADB's Guidulines on Procurement. There will be two contracts for the Samrong facilitiy, one for the earthworks and the other for the buildings, equipment and services, trackwork, and roadworks.
There will also be a supply contract for the provision of rail for the Samrong facility and replacement of sections of rail on the northern line. |
