| Consulting Services | Consulting services will be required for: (i) detailed engineering design, (ii) bidding documents preparation and bid evaluation, and (iii) construction supervision and contract management. To expedite the Project implementation, NTDC will finance the project supervision consultants entirely from its own resources, and engage the consultants in accordance with its procedures acceptable to ADB. | |||
| Civil Works/Goods | Procurement of goods and services will be implemented in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2007, as amended from time to time). International competitive bidding (ICB) will be used for the supply of goods and works being funded under PFR 3.
